這餐拖好久才貼，這是去年11/1去吃的，辣妹的食記都是過期的，哈哈
A dinner record with him on Nov 1, 2012. I post this almost one year after our visit, because I am veeeeery LAZY! 

那天訂位訂好晚，九點半才過去，因為先在凱悅的貴賓室吃了點心
We made a very late reservation, because we went to Hyatt club lounge for some wine and snacks first, hahaha


沾醬有四種，醬油，麻油，味噌，檸檬汁，我通常都只沾檸檬汁
Four kinds of sauce, Japanese soya sauce, sesame oil, miso and lemon juice.
I usually only have lemon juice, it matches BBQ perfectly.



坐在包廂裡你可以選擇自己烤還是讓服務生幫你，本來是要自己烤的，但是服務生烤還是比較專業啦
You can choose to grill it yourself or have the waiters to do it. My friend preferred to grill it himself in the beginning, but finally he found it was more convenient to have the grill boy to do it, and the boy speaks a little English, so I thought both of them had a happy night)





辣妹本來想點綜合的牛肉拼盤，但是有人說太多了吃不下，所以就單點幾樣而已
I preferred to order “today’s special Wagyu beef combo”, but he thought it is too much, so we just ordered a few, and two bottles of red wine.



乾杯泡菜，口味有點重喔，好像不應該點這一道的
Kanpai kimchi, but it seemed we shouldn’t order this one, a bit heavy taste



日式沙拉，吃一堆肉的時候，一定要來一點蔬菜的呀
Japanese salad，it was good to have some light vege-foods when you have BBQ, be healthy



厚切鹽烤牛舌，本來要點薄切的，但是賣完了，所以改點厚切
但是但是，我後來自己去吃，也都沒點到薄切的，是怎麼回事啦
Gilled thin ox tongue was sold out, so we had grilled thick ox tongue.
But it is very funny, I never had it no matter how many times I went to here afterwards, they always told me, thin ox tongue is sold out !




這個我很確定我們點的是橫隔膜，但是很嫩很好吃
Beef outside-skirt, you can choose to have it with barbecue sauce or just salty. We chose to have it with barbecue sauce but without green onion. However, when we ordered it again, it still came with green onion, how funny it was !





只要有點肉就會送上這一盤包肉的菜，但我從來沒吃過
You will always have this vegetable for meat you order, but I never had it with any meat, it is better to have BBQ without vegetable, my personal opinion.



雞肉三件組合，這個我自己很喜歡，腿肉跟兩種軟骨都吃到了，讚
(quality Taiwanese chicken combo-chicken leg, chicken breast cartilage, chicken knee. This was the first time he had chicken cartilage and knee, he said he never had it before, but for him it was delicious)



帆立貝，這個我們追加一次，真的好好吃喔
Scallop, it was really really really good, perfect, fantastic!
We ordered it twice, he liked it very much.





這麼高級的晚餐，當然一定要配上甜點囉，因為喝酒喝太飽，所以只點一份來試試，幾次造訪老乾杯的甜點都不失水準，大家記得去吃的時候也點一份來試試唷
We were very full, so we shared one dessert, a perfect ending of a nice dinner.
I assume my friend doesn’t have any objection we go to this restaurant again if he visits Taipei again.
